We often have questions from people and we always try to help. Below are some examples:
If you are worried about putting your cat/kitten into a quarantine facility we advice that you or your representative visit the cattery of your choice before booking.
Question:
How Long does my cat have to stay in Quarantine?
Answer:
Normally 6 months

Question:
Will my cat/kitten receive any attention whilst in Quarantine or are you frightened of touching them because of risk of rabies?
Answer:
Your cat/kitten will receive attention/ cuddles, play time and kind words every day of its stay at Purebliss Quarantine Cattery.

Question:
Can i pick my cat up from the airport /docks and bring him/her to you at Purebliss Quarantine?
Answer:
Only an Authorized Carrying Agent licensed by DEFRA can collect your cat/kitten in a licenced vehicle and bring your cat/kitten into Quarantine.

Question:
Can they take their toys with them into quarantine?
Answer:
Although there are branches and shelves in our cat chalets you are welcome to bring with you some toys or their favourite climbing frame etc. but once these items are in quarantine they are not allowed out again.
Please do NOT give your kitten anything small enough to swallow.
Please do NOT give your kitten wool or thread to play with. They can eat it, and it can become wound round in their stomachs, and can result in an operation to remove it.

Question:
What sort of bedding do you provide for our cat or kitten?
Answer:
We have tried numerous types of beds and bedding, and we do have a selection. Although we usually provide vet bedding inside a cleanable oval cat bed. You are welcome to bring your own provided you realise it cannot be taken out of quarantine.
To save one cat won't make a difference to the world, but it will make a world of a difference to that cat.
